The Buddha taught that the entire spiritual life is based on good friendship. The Mahamevnawa (maha may oo NA wa) Youth Group of Saskatoon is a place to foster good spiritual friendship. Anyone who is interested in practicing the Buddha's teachings of generosity, morality, and mental development is welcome to join us.

    Learning

We take advantage of the rare opportunity to learn the Supreme Buddha's Dhamma from the monks.

We serve the monastery community at special events and do various social service projects such as blood drives and food-bank collections.
